The Vino Bianco da Litro is a blend of white grapes produced by the Sette winery in Piedmont. Starting from soils formed by a mix of limestone, chalk and grey marl, it arrives, through organic practices and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, at a lively and balanced label. On the nose and in the mouth, yellow fruits, including peach and apricot, certainly explode, which, when paired with a seafood risotto, find their winning combination, even better if in the company of friends!
