Evening Land
The Evening Land winery offers some of the most refined and precious Chardonnays in all of Oregon, appreciated for their richness and energy, but also labels based on Pinot Nero at the top of the typology, in a land that is establishing itself over the years as the Burgundy of the New World.
biodynamic practices. The estate is also certified LIVE (Low Impact Viticulture & Enology), a certification that encompasses a set of practices aimed at preserving the health of the environment, excluding the use of copper. Approximately 35% of the vineyard area is reserved for Chardonnay, with the remaining part occupied by Pinot Nero, a red grape that has adapted perfectly in Oregon, providing magnificent expressions, and Gamay. In the winery, fermentations occur spontaneously through the sole intervention of indigenous yeasts, and the subsequent maturation of the masses takes place mostly in wooden barrels.
