The "Xarel.lo A Pel" by Loxarel is the amphora white of the winery, produced with Xarell-lo, the main variety of this area. The choice of terracotta is made to return a clear wine that expresses to the maximum the varietal characteristics of this grape, aromatic and marine. The nose has intriguing hints reminiscent of salt that remind of the sea, then aromas of white fruit and herbaceous notes on the finish, like freshly cut grass: truly unique. On the palate it surprises for its minerality and freshness, traits with which the pleasing greasiness of the sip balances very well. This kind of wine is the perfect complement to a 'plateau' of raw seafood
