The Alta Langa Rosé Nature Cuvée Valentina by Belcolle combines a blend of Pinot Noir with Chardonnay to create a harmonious bubble that well represents this area, historically suited for sparkling wine production. On the nose, you can sense small red fruits, lemon zest, and delicate red flowers, while on the palate it presents freshness, creaminess, and a clean finish at the end of the vertical sip. Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, suggested to try with seafood spaghetti.
