'Amici Miei' Vigne di Confine 2025

‘Amici Miei' by Vigne di Confine pays homage to the naturalness of the vineyards and the human relationships that accompany the winery, a high-altitude white made from indigenous white grape varieties of Etna. Obtained through direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation, it matures in steel to preserve its tension. On the nose, it is mineral and marine, with hints of white-fleshed fruit and notes of wet stone and iodine. On the palate, it is fresh and vertical, with pronounced minerality, ideal with a fried fish dish or vegetable cuisine.
