The Beaujolais Villages from Domaine Hadrien Houbert is a wine from Burgundy made exclusively with Gamay grapes. Deep and with great persistence, it undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a carbonic maceration of fifteen days, followed by a short aging. On the palate, it reveals a present and superb fruit of strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry, irresistible when paired with ethnic cuisine, such as Vietnamese spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce or glazed pork ribs, a typical Chinese dish.
