"Mattìo" is a white wine from Sardinia produced from a local grape, Granatza, macerated for 40 days on the skins. It is aged in crushed terracotta amphora for 4 months and expresses itself through a rich, intense profile with excellent freshness, wrapped in notes of citrus zest, aromatic herbs, yellow fruit, and memories of the sea.
