Ruth Lewandowski's 'Tatto' is made from a blend of eight aromatic grape varieties grown in Mendocino, with a long maceration on the skins. The nose releases notes of honeysuckle and orange peel, with spicy nuances. On the palate, it is juicy, with a freshness that balances delicate tannins and an enveloping texture. Ideal with dishes such as grilled octopus
