The "Corvée Eglise" from the Henri Richard winery is an Aligoté-based wine made in the Côte de Nuits area. The grapes harvested from vineyards that are between 30 and 45 years old are fermented by indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels for a period that varies according to the vintage.
