The Bourgogne Aligoté from Domaine Ami has a certain style: fresh, rustic yet fine. This Domaine is born from the collaboration of Willy and Paul, who decided to seal their friendship by opening this winery in Burgundy. Crafted in a rigorously artisanal manner, it is a white wine produced from Aligoté grapes, a variety often undeservedly undervalued. Citrus notes burst from the glass, caramel and hazelnut are felt on the finish, then in the mouth it is a whirlwind of tension, freshness, and pleasant rusticity.
