The white wine “Brda” by Kristian Keber is an intense, articulated and deep orange wine that best represents the traditions and indigenous grape varieties of the homonymous Slovenian territory. It is born from maceration on the skins for 12 days, spontaneous fermentation and aging for 2 years in large barrels. Mediterranean hints of herbs, fruit and flowers are interspersed with mineral and salty notes, with long and rhythmic progression
