The Catarratto "Aremi" is a rich and intense white wine, whose personality is well expressed by the name, which in Sicilian dialect means "gold". It is produced with skin maceration for 8 days and aging for 12 months in steel. It emanates aromas of citrus, yellow fruit, and almonds that invite a full, soft, fresh, and mineral sip.
