The Cava Nature "Bruant" from the Alta Alella winery is a unique sparkling wine produced in the Barcelona area. It is made with pure Macabeu grapes thanks to indigenous yeasts according to the classic method. The palate is crisp and complex, rich in aromas of dried fruit. The nose enchants us with coppery hints, aromas of dried fruit, and notes of green apple.
