The ‘ Le Reserve’ by Billecart Salmon is an harmonic, fresh and mineral Extra Brut, aged for at least 24 months on the lees in bottle. Notes of fresh fruits are combined to elegant and ethereal hints in a structured, fragrant, fresh and well-balanced taste

Billecart Salmon Extra Brut 'Le Reserve' Champagne is a great classic and a benchmark for its type, considered by many to be one of the best sans année, also in relation to its excellent price. It expresses the soul of the Marne terroir with a lively, harmonious and elegant style, starting with the perfect blend of the region's three most important grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The maison's signature is an absolute guarantee of quality, thanks in part to the talented chef de cave Francois Domi. Billecart Salmon is a maison that, with its 350 years of history, has helped write the history of Champagne and consistently pursues the path of quality by selecting grapes from over 28 different communes.

Billecart Salmon's Extra Brut 'Le Reserve' is a harmonious, balanced and elegant Champagne that fully embodies the motto of this famous and historic maison: "finesse, balance and elegance". It is made from a cuvée composed of three different vintages and matures on the lees in the bottle for at least 24 months in the underground cellars of Mareuil-sur-Ay, the easternmost tip of the Vallée de la Marne, on the border with the Cote de Blancs. The grapes come from multiple vineyards all located in the Vallée de la Marne, which is why the maison defines this sans année as strongly representative of this historic area of the Champagne region.

Billecart Salmon Champagne Extra Brut 'Le Reserve' presents itself with golden, brilliant reflections enlivened by a fine, continuous and persistent perlage. Its floral freshness is evident on the nose, with a pleasant bouquet of fresh fruit, ripe pear and many white flowers, but also with delicate hints of hazelnut, honey and dried fruit. Precise and subtle on the palate, with great freshness and minerality, it has a balanced and harmonious finish with an ethereal and fragrant vein. In short, it is an expression that never disappoints and continues to write the history of this very important maison day after day, maintaining its high reputation throughout the world.
