Champagne Brut Reserve Roger Pouillon was born from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier and is left to age in the bottle on the lees for at least 30 months, after a short fermentation in small French oak barrels. The bouquet is intense and elegant with hawthorn and acacia notes that alternate with quince, while the taste is savory and mineral, with a nice freshness and persistence
