The Chenas 'Les Brureaux' by Domaine Hadrien Houbert is a red wine made solely from Gamay grapes from Beaujolais, a historic region of Burgundy. Velvety, fresh, yet still with good structure, it undergoes semi-carbonic maceration before aging in steel tanks, developing intense aromas of wet earth and cloves. An excellent wine with an interesting gastronomic profile, it can be paired with white meat stews like coq au vin, a French dish based on chicken marinated for a long time in red wine.
