Cascina Melognis's "Comitis" is a pleasant and graceful white wine, coming from the interesting piedmontese terroir of Saluzzo. On the nose there are fresh hints of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, which give way to elegant hints of flowers and mineral hints reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, one immediately notices the smoothness of the sip, which is fundamental in drawing the profile of 'Comitis'. Intensely fresh and savory, it has a gastronomic profile that makes it ideal to drink young, with delicate appetizers
