The Coteaux Languedoc Blanc “Manon Blanc” by Clos Marie is an intriguing and enveloping white produced from grapes harvested near the jewel of Languedoc, Pic Saint-Loup. The winery works in an artisanal manner, following the principles of biodynamics to enhance the territory to the fullest. Herbaceous hints of mint emerge from the glass, which together with iodine notes and tropical fruit create a unique and surprising profile. On the palate, it surprises again, the sip is fresh, crisp, mineral, and pleasantly bitter on the finish. To be tried with ethnic dishes like a moderately spicy curry
