The Carignan Crianza ‘Samsó’ from Casa Mariol is a red wine made from pure Cariñena grapes. Fresh, pleasant and creamy, it is aged for around 16 months in oak barrels, acquiring, in addition to the typical hints of violets and prunes, aromas of toasted notes and cocoa. Goes perfectly with a plate of Serrano ham or the traditional ‘fricassee’ of chicken or rabbit
