"El Matt" is the table wine according to Daniele Ricci. A rustic red produced from Croatina grapes in the Tortonian hills, vinified exclusively in steel to enhance the fresher and more fragrant notes. On the nose, cherry in spirits and pomegranate dominate, preparing the palate for an earthy, wild, and easy-drinking sip, with a slight licorice finish.
