Etna Bianco Superiore 'Imbris' I Custodi delle Vigne dell'Etna 2021
Artisanal'Caselle' by I Custodi delle Vigne dell'Etna is an Etna Bianco Superiore whose name means "of the rain" as it originates in Sicily, in Milo, one of the rainiest municipalities in Italy. Made with pure Carricante grapes, this white wine is aged in steel for 18 months before maturing in bottle for another two years. Fine, mineral and well balanced, it releases floral aromas of broom and elderflower, hints of citrus honey, and notes of cut grass. Perfect to pair with seafood risotto or delicate white meats
