Fiano di Avellino Riserva "Vigna della Congregazione" is one of the most famous and prestigious labels from the Villa Diamante winery. It is an intense, rich and well-structured white, which enhances the characteristics of this extraordinary Campania grape variety and the terroir of Montefredane, famous for giving fresh, savory, mineral and particularly long-lived wines. Its slightly austere profile opens up with age, revealing a remarkable complexity and depth that makes it particularly fascinating.

"Vigna della Congregazione" is Villa Diamante's Fiano di Avellino Riserva. It sees the light of day on the Montefredane estate, managed under organic farming and with the utmost respect for nature. 'La Vigna della Congregazione' is a particularly fine parcel, covering an area of a couple of hectares at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level with north-facing exposure. The vines are between 15 and 35 years old and are grown on soils composed of limestone-clay marls. The continental climate, cool and with considerable temperature fluctuations, allows grapes with rich aromatic kits to ripen. Harvesting is done by hand in the second half of October. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine matures for a period of about a year on the lees and is then aged for 8 months in the bottle.
