'Eres Tu' from the Catalan winery Despeinada is a white wine based on Macabeu that is completed with a small part of Moscatel, a portrait of summer in the bottle. It is developed from a 6-day maceration, with subsequent spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and ageing in steel tanks. It is a tasty and saline label that encompasses hints of fresh hay, Mediterranean notes and aromatic hints of yellow fruit
