Collio Bianco Martissima 2023

Martissima's Collio Bianco is a complex and vertical white wine that clearly expresses the character of the local grape varieties and the typical Ponca soils on which it grows. The wine is macerated for just one night before maturing in steel tanks and then in the bottle. This long maturation period allows it to develop a vertical and complex profile. The nose reveals yellow flowers and peach with ripe white fruits. On the palate, it reveals structure, power and a well-defined spiciness, perfect with succulent fish dishes or slightly fatty foods such as sea bass in bread crust
