The "Cornorotto" is a pure Marzemino with a fresh and juicy stamp that is born on the volcanic hills of the Vicenza area. The nose weaves hints of red fruits, aromatic herbs and floral nuances. With medium structure and intensity, it shows a dry and flowing sip

must obtained from their pressing ferments in steel tanks with frequent daily pump-overs. It then continues with a final aging, where the wine rests in steel for six months, after which it is ready to be bottled and put on the market.

The Marzemino "Cornorotto" Maculan presents itself to the eye with a color reminiscent of ruby, characterized by a particular brightness and brilliance. Fresh on the nose, enriched with hints of wild berries and reminders of aromatic herbs, flowers, and spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a sip that has a nice freshness and a medium structure, where the tannic texture is finely integrated. An excellent label to pair with pasta dishes dressed with game sauces.
