The Montemarino by Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins. On the nose it is generous, with notes of ripe fruit, hazelnut and caramel, with scents of flint. On the palate it is elegant, markedly mineral and savory, fresh and consistent.
