Nizza Sette 2021

The Nizza of the Sette winery is a wine that is the result of minimal intervention, a red that aims to return all the beauty of the land that produces it. Sette is a young winery that has converted 6 hectares of Monferrato to an organic and biodynamic regime, in line with the owners' artisanal and dynamic philosophy. The nose shows lively and fresh Barbera fruit aromas, ripe and juicy red and black fruit, with floral and spicy hints to complete the picture. In the mouth it is juicy, very fresh but with structure and warmth, a rich and vertical wine perfect with intense meat dishes.
