Domaine Hadrien Houbert's 'L'Enlevage' is a Pet Nat from only Gamay grapes produced in the “Beaujolais Villages” plot in Burgundy. After a three-week maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stoneware amphorae, the result is a fresh, fine sparkling wine with full, juicy fruit, excellent with light dishes, seafood and poultry. A slightly mineral Pet Nat with notes of strawberry, plum and raspberry perfect for a warm summer evening!
