The sunny yet always fresh and ventilated climate, along with good temperature variations between day and night, allow the grapes to mature slowly and gradually, preserving aromas of great finesse. The draining soils rich in minerals, formed by Eocene marls, limestones, and sandstones, are among the most suited soils for the cultivation of white grape varieties. This combination of factors allows for the production of a Pinot Bianco in Collio that can combine, in perfect balance, fruit ripeness, and freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine matures in steel tanks for 6 months before being bottled.
