The Pinot Bianco by Doro Princic is an elegant and intense interpretation of Collio, vinified only in steel but endowed with concentration and personality. On the nose, it is fresh, delicate and complex, with hints of fruit, flowers, citrus and mineral substances. The sip is intense, enveloping and compact, with beautiful freshness and savoriness.

The Pinot Bianco from Doro Princic is an elegant wine that perfectly interprets the delicate and reserved character of this noble French grape variety, which has found in Collio a land where it can express itself at remarkable quality levels. Its balanced profile and harmonious sip make it particularly pleasant to drink and very versatile for food pairing.

The Pinot Bianco wine produced by Doro Princic represents the refined face of Friulian whites. The French grape variety has indeed found in the hilly area of Pradis, between Cormons and Capriva del Friuli, a region very suitable for its pedoclimatic needs. The sunny yet always fresh and ventilated climate, along with good temperature variations between day and night, allow the grapes to mature slowly and gradually, preserving aromas of great finesse. The draining soils rich in minerals, formed by Eocene marls, limestones, and sandstones, are among the most suited soils for the cultivation of white grape varieties. This combination of factors allows for the production of a Pinot Bianco in Collio that can combine, in perfect balance, fruit ripeness, and freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine matures in steel tanks for 6 months before being bottled.

The Pinot Bianco from Doro Princic's winery is a reference bottle for the wines of the area. Since the 1950s, Isidoro Princic has embarked on the path of quality, bottling wines that have contributed to creating the myth of great Friulian whites. The color is light and bright straw yellow. The olfactory profile is subtle and fine with floral scents, aromas of white fruit, citrus nuances, and hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. The sip is delicate and harmonious, with a pleasantly fruity mid-palate, a savory and mineral finish.
