The Pinot Grigio Ramato from Ronco Severo is a playful wine, like the young tightrope walker featured on the label, that teases the palate of its drinker, making them feel a bit like a child again. The winemaker Stefano's skill during the maceration phase emerges in all its power, aided by a long resting period in barrel. Dried fruits, hay, and acacia flowers on the nose, ripe pulp and extraordinary finesse on the palate.
