The "Ponka" by Paraschos is a white wine macerated with great personality based on white grape varieties from Collio, named after the marl and sandstone soil typical of this area. On the nose, it shows a very layered, intense, and complex aromatic spectrum, with mineral, fruity, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, round, deep, and has an extremely long persistence.
