The "Rosé Osé" by Mani di Luna is an Umbrian rosé wine that is intensely fruity and concentrated, obtained from Sangiovese grapes pressed with a vertical press and spontaneously fermented with infusion of whole clusters of Malvasia for 2-3 weeks. It has a salmon pink color tending to ruby and a fresh, rich, and juicy taste, with pleasant hints of cherry, orange, wild strawberry, and fine and lively tannins.
