'Rumore' Giulio & Gaia Vinyataires 2023

'Rumore' by Giulio & Gaia Vinyataires is a dynamic, easy-drinking red wine. It is made from a blend of Garnacha and Sumoll, an ancient grape variety native to Catalonia that thrives on the poor soils of the Penedes wine region. The two varieties are fermented together and then aged for a few months in steel. The nose opens with hints of fresh red fruit, with delicate balsamic notes and slight spicy hints on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with fine tannins. Very versatile in pairing, it is perfect for everyday drinking with both meat dishes and vegetable preparations
