"Santagostino Baglio Sorìa" is a white wine from the Trapani area that arises from the happy union of an indigenous variety, Catarratto, and another international one, Chardonnay. The aging in steel preserves all the primary aromas of the grape, so among the rich olfactory spectrum emerge notes of dried fruit, Sicilian citrus, saline breezes, and tropical touches. The sip is shaped by the structure, where the star of the show is the freshness that guides the sip towards a pleasant and full finish
