"Andrea Scovero's 'El Campesino' is a pure white wine. The grapes are fermented using indigenous yeasts and its bright golden colour comes from the 5-day maceration on the skins. A viscous and balanced drink with fruity hints, distinct spicy aromas and light balsamic hints. We can find an excellent match with tagliolini with vegetable sauce
