Segundo "Etiqueta Azul" from Endemic winery is a pure Tempranillo with a soft sip. The clusters selected and harvested manually, undergo a maceration of 15 days and ferment thanks to indigenous yeasts. For the aging they use French and American oak barrels, where the wine stands 9 months. Intense garnet red color a fruity bouquet with smoky hints
