The Sparkling wine Classic Method Erbaluce di Caluso "Cuvée des Paladins" from the Tappero Merlo winery is a bubble made in the Canavese area of great elegance and refinement. The name is inspired by the 12 loyal knights of the great King of the Franks, while the aging is very long, as this label rests for 60 months on its own lees. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage, the aromas are intense and reminiscent of dried fruit, bread, and citrus. The sip is fresh, creamy, enveloping, and has an excellent finish
