The Tai Rosso by Giannitessari is an intensely fruity red wine, aged in large barrels for 12 months. It emanates aromas of ripe red fruit and underbrush that enliven a juicy and structured sip, with a pleasant velvety tannic texture.

The Tai Rosso is a truly unique grape variety, and this bottle signed by Giannitessari is perfect for learning to fully appreciate it. This Rosso from the Colli Berici is indeed a faithful and honest representation of what this native grape can offer in the glass, with fruity sensations and hints of underbrush that accompany a balanced drink. A pleasant discovery that, once again, highlights the bond that unites the winery to the Veneto terroir, also thanks to the enhancement of varieties that are now almost forgotten. A versatile label from a gastronomic point of view, which pairs well with land-based menus.

The Giannitessari winery produces this Colli Berici starting from a grape variety, the Tai Rosso, cultivated exclusively in the Vicenza area. The grapes, carefully harvested to ensure only the best of the origin terroir, ferment in steel containers for about 10 days, at a controlled temperature ranging from 10 to 25 degrees. This is followed by the aging phase, carried out in large oak barrels with a capacity of 40hectoliters for a year. Once the maturation is complete, the wine is ready to be bottled and put on the market.

The Tai Rosso signed by Giannitessari is a wine that, in the glass, recalls the intense ruby hue. The range of aromas that envelops the nose highlights deep notes of fruit, interspersed with hints that recall shades of underbrush. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, soft thanks to a tannic component perfectly integrated into the overall structure. A label that strengthens the connection between the winery and the territory of the Colli Berici, giving voice to a little-known native grape variety. The ideal bottle to broaden one's knowledge in the field of winemaking.
