Valpolicella Superiore Ruberpan by Pieropan takes its name from the latin adjective "ruber", which translates to "red" and it describes its intense ruby color. It ages in wood for about 48 months and it develops a mostly fruity aromatic profile, with hints of red rose, cinnamon and cocoa. At the palate it is round with velvety tannins, it has a long persistence and a surprising freshness
