"Lupi e Sirene" by Podere Le Ripi is a powerful and elegant Brunello di Montalcino Riserva: the enological jewel of this winery, able to evolve over time. It opens to a dark and silky colour with pretty fruity accents of ripe berries and black currants and after shifts attention to mineral, gardenia, fern, aniseed and licorice notes. The sip reaches an high level of intensity and richness with silky texture and very long persistence.
