Rioja 'Dolmen Viejo' Dominio del Carabo is a Spanish red wine made from Grenacha, produced in Rioja. It ages with time and patience in French barriques, acquiring body, depth and an intense and complex aromatic bouquet, where the typical notes of berries and cherries are accompanied by warm hints of tobacco, leather, vanilla and spices. It can rest a few years in the cellar, to give full expression to its great softness
