The beautiful Abruzzo reality Torre dei Beati is a young company, founded in 1999, and is situated on nearly two acres of vineyards inherited by Rocco Galasso, father of Adriana, at the head of the company with her husband Fausto. The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is the cru company, and Torre dei Beati is able to give us a really interesting version of this vine. The land on which it is grown are of limestone/clay, and have always grown traditionally, in full respect of the nature that surrounds the beautiful estate of Torre dei Beati. This Montepulciano is revealed immediately able to give off great personality and peculiarities of the Abruzzo region, which Torre dei Beati is a proud representative. Deep, very intense, with complex fruity scents and enriched with spicy notes, this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a great wine, perfectly balanced in its tannic structure. What is perhaps more deeply affected by the quality of this Montepulciano is the management of the vineyard and especially extreme caution implemented during harvest. The collections are always made in a different way: try to sip the grapes, so gathering them gradually climb in the various plots. This is because each plot has its soil, its exposure and its peculiarities, which are transmitted first to the grapes and subsequent to the wines. All this makes the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo of Torre dei Beati an incredibly charming wine.
