The "Les Roches" by Domaine des Roches Neuves is a pure Cabernet Franc obtained from the selection of grapes from the vineyard that gives its name to the label. The intense ruby-red dress with light purple hues releases fresh aromas of cassis and fresh strawberries, passing from an elegant note of laurel. At the sip it is fresh and playful, rich in juicy fruit and with sweet tannins that stretch over an intense licorice finish. Wine made with old style artisanal methods
