La Maliosa

La Fattoria La Maliosa is located in the heart of Maremma Toscana, about 3 kilometers from the famous thermal center of Saturnia. It is a vast estate, covering about 160 hectares with olive groves, vineyards, arable land, and large wooded areas, ensuring valuable biodiversity. The project stems from the desire to produce quality wine, oil, and honey in harmony with the surrounding environment and in the most natural way possible. La Maliosa obtained organic certification in 2010 and vegan certification in 2015, testifying to a serious and concrete commitment to work in full respect for the environment. Its labels are the result of research aimed at offering healthy, genuine, and straightforward wines that can reflect the beauty and integrity of the territory's nature.

The estate occupies a particularly wild and unspoiled area of Maremma. A beautiful hilly area, which, thanks to its proximity to the Tyrrhenian coast, can enjoy a sunny Mediterranean climate always mitigated by sea breezes. In this gentle microclimate, the grapes reach full ripeness with very rich and intense aromas, perfect for producing great wines, balanced and harmonious.rich and intense, perfect for producing great wines, balanced and harmonious. In the countryside, the Metodo Corino (a registered trademark of Lorenzo Corino and Antonella Manuli) is used, which includes a series of agronomic protocols aimed at preserving soil vitality, environmental health, and vine longevity, allowing them to find their natural productive and vegetative balance.

At the center of the work of Fattoria La Maliosa is the vineyard, as a true absolute value to be protected, so that it can produce grapes of excellent quality in full respect of the territory. The work in the winery follows simple rules, aimed only at enhancing the value of the raw material. All fermentations take place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts.
