The "Pure" Extra Brut Champagne by Pol Roger is one of the most successful variations of the unmistakable style of the house. It presents itself in the glass for an intense golden yellow crossed by a very fine perlage and opens to the nose a complex bouquet of white flowers, yeast, bread crust, white peach and citrus fruits. On the palate it is well balanced and well structured, with a pleasant note of green apple and brackish persistence
