"Roc" from the Domaine Vinci winery is a pure red wine made from Grenache Noir, harvested from old vines, some of which are 100 years old. Using an artisanal approach, the grapes are pressed by feet, followed by spontaneous fermentation with 2-week maceration in cement vats and 12 months' maturation in steel vats. Born in the heart of Roussillon, this wine pairs perfectly with first courses with meat sauces

Domaine Vinci's Grenache "Roc" is a French wine produced using the artisanal method by a winery founded in 2001 by Emmanuelle Vinci and Oliver Varichon, two friends united by a passion for the world of winemaking. Their working philosophy involves intervening as little as possible in the natural stages of growth and development of the plants and raw material for wines of unquestionable quality. Particular is the label chosen for the bottles with stylized and colorful designs that create a visually pleasing whole and recall the winery's working style.
The vineyards of Domaine Vinci's Grenache "Roc" extend over about 6 hectares planted with vines in the Languedoc Roussilon area towards the east coast of France. The soil is composed of clay and limestone, while the climate has temperatures that are never excessively hot or cold, thanks to the influence of breezes from the Ligurian Sea. The viticulture is defined as heroical, since vines are often located on steep slopes, forcing all maintenance to be done manually. Once the harvest is completed, the grapes stay overnight in the cellar; alcoholic fermentation then follows thanks to indigenous yeasts in steel tanks where the must ages for 12 months.
To the eye, Domaine Vinci's Grenache "Roc" is an intense ruby red with brilliant reflections. The bouquet shows aromas of underbrush, herbaceous and earthy scents with a finish reminiscent of spices; on the palate it is juicy, fresh with well integrated and present tannins into the overall structure and slightly pungent, but balanced by a great freshness. In pairing it is recommended with mixed charcuterie dishes, traditional French red meats and game; also interesting with first courses dressed with elaborate sauces. A product that delights even the most discerning palates and is great to be served during the family holidays to celebrate special moments and anniversaries in joy.
