Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi “Stracacio” is an intense expression of the terroir, born from old clones from an experimental vineyard of the professor Bruni. It is produced with maceration on the skins for 3 days and a long aging in concrete and steel tanks. It is rich, smooth, energic and complex, with very articulated aromas of fruits, spices, herbs and hydrocarbons
