Torresano's Airén Bianco "Vivo del Aire" Ancestral Sparkling Wine is a semi-sparkling wine graceful, as the name implies. Made from Airén grapes, among Spain's most productive grape varieties, harvested at great altitudes: the vines are almost 700 meters above sea level! On the nose, there are fresh fragrances of flowers, citrus and herbaceous notes. In the mouth, it has great flavor and good freshness, with the effervescence tickling the palate amiably. An excellent wine to refresh and accompany light vegetable or fish dishes
