CHAMPAGNE BRUT 'LES TROIS PUYS' PREMIER CRU LARNAUDIE-HIRAULT DESCRIPTION

Champagne Brut "Les Trois Puys" from the small family-run Larnaudie-Hirault maison is a delicate, harmonious and elegant representation of three Premier Crus from the Montagne de Reims. In addition to Trois-Puits, the headquarters of the maison, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from two other areas classified as Premier Cru, Montbré and Taissy, contribute to the formation of this cuvée. The characteristics of the terroir combined with the centuries-old wisdom of this family of winemakers and Recoltant Manipulant producers allow the creation of cuvées endowed with elegance, balance and aromatic depth.

Champagne Premier Cru "Les Trois Puys" comes from the three grape varieties typical of the region, blended in equal parts. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, with full malolactic fermentation. During blending, 2/3 of the wines from the last harvest and 1/3 of some reserve wines are used. After refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, the rest on the lees in the bottle for about 2 years takes place, which is mainly responsible for the pleasant and very typical note of bread crust and brioche distinguishable on the nose.

The liveliness, delicacy and elegance of Champagne Larnaudie-Hirault Premier Cru are qualities that make it ideal as an aperitif, as an impeccable and fine accompaniment to appetizers and with refined fish or vegetable entrees. To the eye, it has a pale straw yellow color, brightened by a fine perlage of excellent workmanship. The bouquet is expressed on tones of wild flowers, fresh white fruit and bread crust. The sip is clean, crisp, fresh and expressive but also taut, snappy and mineral. This is a label capable of communicating joy and conviviality in different moments and delivering a sensory experience of impeccable elegance.
