The Champagne Brut Premier Cru Lallement Massonnot 2018 is the result of the art of blending, with wines from the best vats of each grape variety, selected for their potential for evolution. The Brut Millésimé cuvée is aged for at least 5 years in the bottle, resulting in a complex and full-bodied wine recognizable for its long finish, its structure, and notes of brioche. Shining golden hue. The robust and enveloping fragrances of ripe fruit captivate the senses.

The Champagne Brut Premier Cru from Maison Lallement Massonnot is a Vintage with an elegant and intense profile, produced in the best years to enhance the particular qualities of a single harvest. It is a cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, which transparently expresses the extraordinary nature of a highly suitable terroir, a quality that has led this ‘Millesimé’ to receive 91 points from the IWSC, a prestigious Anglo-Saxon competition. The long aging on the lees contributes to a rich aromatic complexity, resulting in a deep, creamy, and enveloping sip. Due to its characteristics, it is a champagne with a gastronomic vocation, pairing very well with important fish menus or with roasted or spit-roasted white meats.

The Vintage Brut Premier Cru Lallement Massonnot is a Champagne resulting from a family-run maison that has cultivated vineyards in Bouilly, in the Montagne de Reims area, since the early 1900s. Until the early 1980s, the maison always sold the grapes to the Courmas cooperative, then decided to start producing Champagne with its own brand. A choice based on the awareness of the high quality of the grapes, coming from 5 hectares divided into numerous parcels, almost all classified Premier Cru and located in Coulommes-la-Montagne, Pargny-lès-Reims, Saint-Euphrasie, and Gueux. The grapes come from the most suitable Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier vineyards of the estate. The vinifications take place separately by grape variety and by individual parcel. Once the fermentation phase is completed, the base wines age for several months and are then blended to create the perfect balance of the cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a sur lattes aging of at least 60 months before proceeding to disgorgement.

The Brut Premier Cru Lallement Massonnot is a Vintage Champagne dedicated to enthusiasts seeking the uniqueness of each individual vintage, who appreciate the subtle nuances of a great cuvée. Visually, it presents a bright and brilliant golden yellow color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Intense and rich, it expresses aromas of yellow fruit, ripe citrus, floral nuances, hints of toasted bread, small pastries, dried fruit, and soft spices.toasted bread, small pastries, dried fruit, and soft spices.
